The Aarke CO₂ Refill Service is an on-demand cylinder exchange program. You receive full CO₂ cylinders delivered to your door and return your empty ones in the same reusable box.

On-demand means that you you can order a gas cylinder refill at any convenient time and only when you need it, instead of it occurring at a specific time interval like with traditional subscription models.

When you place your first gas cylinder refill order, we will securely save your payment details. This way, if you ever want to refill your cylinders with us again, you could log in to our website and place a new gas cylinder refill order in just one quick step.

All 425g / 60L screw-in cylinder(s) approved for use with sparkling water makers are compatible with our refill service.

If your cylinder is not compatible or you don't have any empty gas cylinders at home you can simply buy new Aarke gas cylinders here first, and come back for a refill later.

The Aarke CO₂ Refill Service is designed as a simple cylinder exchange. First, you place an order for a CO₂ Cylinder Refill to replace your empty gas cylinders. Once your order is processed, fresh cylinders are delivered directly to your door in a reusable return box.

After receiving the delivery, place the same number of empty cylinders back in the box. Attach the prepaid return label included in the package and drop the box off at your nearest service point within 7 days.

Once your empty cylinders are returned, they are inspected, refilled, and prepared for the next exchange cycle. This circular system helps ensure that cylinders are continuously reused and ready for future refills.

After your first purchase, your details are securely saved to make future orders even easier. Whenever you need a refill again, simply log in to your account and place a new gas cylinder refill order in one quick step.

Once your order is confirmed, your refill will arrive within 3–5 business days. All subscription orders include free shipping, delivered straight to your door.

We recommend buying 1 extra cylinder, so that you always have one full to power your sparkling water maker. This way you won't have to wait until all your cylinders are empty to place a refill order.

Yes. The refill service works as a cylinder exchange system, so the same number of empty cylinders must be returned.

If empty cylinders are not returned within the allowed timeframe, an additional charge will apply per non-return cylinder.

Returning your empty cylinders is simple. After receiving your full cylinders, place the empties back into the same exchange box, attach the prepaid return label, and drop it off at the designated courier for your country:

The reason for this is that we offer a gas cylinder refill at a cheaper price than if you would be buying a completely new cylinder.

Receiving back empty cylinders is essential for us to enable a smooth refill service for all our customers. Therefore, if you don't return the corresponding number of empty cylinders to us on time, we would need to produce new empty cylinders to fill with CO2 gas. This is why a charge for non-return applies if you decide to order a refill and receive full gas cylinders from us without returning empty cylinders back to us.
