I bought the Aarke coffee maker made of stainless steel. The design is beautiful, high quality, and the coffee machine is very functional. Makes great tasting coffee. No trouble with to much noise. The only downside is the shipping with DHL. It took more then 2 weeks for the order to be delivered. Ordered on 21/09 and delivered on 14/10. In the meantime, there were notifications that the package ended up in the wrong region, then on its way, and then nowhere to be found. The Aarke customer service handled it well, but because of the shipping hassle, only 4 stars.But i would absolutely purchase other items.

Ich liebe diese Kaffeemaschine. Mit dem richtigen Bohnen gibt es nichts besseres am Morgen. Viel wichtiger ist aber der Service. Ihr habt mich mehrmals positiv überrascht und ich werde weiter eure Produkte sammeln.

Die Maschine benutze ich seit 10 Monaten und war sehr zufrieden. Seit heute läuft keine Wasser bzw Kaffee durch den Filter, da an der Filterunterseite irgendwelche Kunststoffteile abgebrochen sind beim normalen Gebrauch. Bin gespannt wie hier den Kundenservice funktioniert. Die Maschine ist ja nicht wirklich preiswert... ich hätte eigentlich mehr Qualität erwartet.
Sehr schöne und qualitativ hochwertige Maschine, die auch einen sehr guten Kaffee zubereitet. Sehr einfach zu bedienen, es gibt nur einen Knopf. Das einzig "Negative" ist der doch ziemlich hohe Preis.
