Ginger Drill

An invigorating taste explosion that makes the classic Dark’n Stormy seem bleak.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml of 50/50 ginger juice & sugar dissolved
  • 40 ml Lapsang (smoked) tea (or 40 ml dark rum)
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sparkling water
  • 3 raspberries

Instructions:

Pour the sweetened ginger juice, tea (or rum), raspberries and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a short highball glass and top with aarke sparkling water, add ice. Garnish with a raspberry.
