1. Select your preferred refill granules type and delivery frequency. 2. Subsequent refill granule deliveries will happen automatically and will be charged to your provided payment method. 3. Skip, speed up, change or cancel the subscription at any time simply by logging in.

How does the subscription payment work?

The payment for your recurring subscription will be withdrawn from the registered payment method when the new order is processed and shipped from our warehouse. This is based on the frequency chosen when you registered your subscription.

How do I skip a shipment, pause or cancel of my subscription?
